The person that came out here is named Oscar, he was very patient and he knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions and he went far and beyond working on my dryer. I would recommend Mr. Appliance for repairs and to ask for Oscar.

We have used Mr. Appliance Services for pur Thermador appliance repairs and they provided professional, reliable and timely service. Their technicians are skilled and prepared for the repairs. The company is a bit on the high price for labor, but it is worth it and I trust their knowledge of this brand.

The fan on my 3 year old LG refrigerator was staring to fail. Mr Appliance recognized the problem, order the part, replaced the fan motor, and as an act of kindness, placed all my perishable items in the Igloo, back in the freezer before leaving. Travis is a White Glove professional!

Travis was very professional. The first time he came out he was able to immediately help us with our washing machine issue and ordered parts to fix it before he left. A quick turnaround and he was back to replace the parts! Now it works beautifully again!!

Have worked on ice maker ; washer; stove; dishwasher; microwave….over last 3 + years. Always satisfied. Well qualified repair workers; they stick with a problem or part sourcing issue. They are reliable, timely & follow up if issues arise. Very pleased. Honest feedback re whether a repair is worth it or not. I have been very satisfied. They are quick to respond & schedule.

When our washer broke, initially they said one week. They said they would see if someone could come earlier. We left for Memorial Day weekend. Three times before we returned, they sent notices they could come earlier. Travis came and explained they needed one part. He spent more time explaining all charges. He said they could get the part for tomorrow but her was booked. I called the office and pleaded with Kyndal. Next day Javier showed up with the part. Isn't this great? Hire them

We had to have the entire tub of our washing machine replaced because the bearings failed. It was basically the transmission and a major problem to fix. Mr. Appliance did an amazing job. They worked with the company on the warranty. They kept me informed on whether the parts had come in, and scheduled us immediately when they did. They texted when their service man was on his way with his name and photo. It is now running like new. They have skilled service people, are very professional and care about their customers more than most companies I have dealt with.
