I called Mr Appliance of Rockford to come out to fix my washer. They scheduked me the next day. They sent a friendly text to let me know Austin was on his way, which worked out good. Austin did a Great Job! They were so honest and they could of told us there was alot wrong and Austin let us know all that need to be done is tighten up a part and it was back working Perfect! Mr. Appliance is a Class Act and would refer them to everyone!

Prompt great service. Very courteous. It’s nice they put disposable shoe covers on so as not to track anything in. Our technician was Malone. He came to Cedar Springs to diagnose a refrigerator problem. Very professional. I believe the company’s home base is Traverse City as that was on our invoice. It appears as if they have different technicians around the State and whoever lives closer to the area of service gets assigned.
