Setting the appointment was quick and easy. Jordan showed up on time and went right to work. He quickly fixed the issue with our oven and was on his way. While there, he answered any questions we threw at him regarding how to avoid issues in the future. Highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with the quick, professional, and reliable service provided by Jordan of Mr. Appliance of Rockwall. Jordan diagnosed and repaired our Frigidaire Built-In Microwave Oven one week, and then a couple of weeks later, our Kenmore Oven stopped working and he made a repeat performance, quickly diagnosed and repaired it as well. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Rockwall and Jordan was most excellent.
Cannot say enough good about Mr. Appliance. Jordan gave me an honest assessment and great advice. The repairs were made quickly. The pricing was very reasonable. Friendly, polite, even the dogs approved!
The technician was on time, polite, professional and quickly handled the problem. He even made sure he cleaned up after the job. I would not only recommend them but would use them again!

Booking was easy online. I got a text with a photo of my technician before he arrived. He showed up on time, was professional, and knew what he was doing. Our fridge was quickly repaired and is working great. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
