My appliance worker, Robert has 20 years of service in his field and it shows. I was explained in detail of what my upright freezer needed, to be repaired and why it wasn't working the way it should have. I'm elderly and the respect shown to me when listening to my concerns was gratifying. My job took only a few days to be completed after my part came in. I am very pleased with the outcome and will most definitely, use Mr. Appliance again for my appliance repair needs.

I called Mr Appliance for my oven and what I thought was a garbage disposal issue. I spoke with Heather on the phone, so friendly. Bob and Bobby came out to my home. Knew right away it was a plumbing issue not the garbage disposal and even recommended a local plumber. Fixed my oven within a half hour! Highly recommended!

Bob was amazing. He came out to look at my broken dishwasher and quickly figured out the problem. It wasn't worth it to fix it so he advised me on what dishwasher he'd suggest getting and that's what I did. When Home Depot came out to install, they were unable to and said there were major issues in the previous set up. I called Bob back out and he and Bobby installed it no problem and within an hour I had a working dishwasher!
