What a great experience from the start. The person I spoke to was very nice and the service tech, Angel, was awesome. He explained everything and gave his recommendations. He was very nice and thorough. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are great. I put in a request online to have my dishwasher looked at and they were here the next day. They walked me through my options and I learned a ton. They don’t sell appliances so there’s no up-charge bs you need to worry about.

From the first pleasant phone call to start the process until Robert the tech completed the job I was totally happy with the results. Everything was explained in full and I was quoted a fair price. Work was done quickly and professionally. I wouldn’t call anyone but Mr.Appliance for my future needs!

My appliance worker, Robert has 20 years of service in his field and it shows. I was explained in detail of what my upright freezer needed, to be repaired and why it wasn't working the way it should have. I'm elderly and the respect shown to me when listening to my concerns was gratifying. My job took only a few days to be completed after my part came in. I am very pleased with the outcome and will most definitely, use Mr. Appliance again for my appliance repair needs.
