My dishwasher was able to be reset without replacing any expensive control boards, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again

The service man, Valary was the most helpful refrigerator technician I have ever had in my 50 years of calling for appliance services. He came to do the filters in the rear and inspected all the interior parts while on premises and figured out why the freezer's ice maker was broken . Unexpected finding , but very helpful going into Summer. I hope this man gets the accolades in -house that he deserves as he represented your company " best in the biz!" Maureen Salem

Mr. Appliance is amazing!! Our condo association was having an issue with our dryer that arose the other evening. Giuseppe came out the next morning and not only fixed that dryer, but took preventative measures on the second dryer so that the same thing doesn’t happen again with that one. He was thorough and helpful in explaining what was wrong, and even provided suggestions for future maintenance to prevent larger issues in the future. Thank you Mr. Appliance for making a stressful situation stress-free!

Finding an unusual problem with my Subzero refrigerator, I instinctively, contacted their Customer Support group who recommended an authorized Serviceman in my area. After several phone calls, texts, weeks of waiting and broken promises to show up, I called Mr. Appliance. I was put on their schedule within minutes of my call, and their Serviceman left our home around 7:30 the next evening with the problem we hoped would be resolved. For the entire time in our home, we witnessed a real professional at work. He was thoughtful, thorough, and kept us informed as he analyzed the problem and carefully removed shelves and drawers, inspected seals and lay on the floor examining the bottom where he discovered and fixed the problem. In my opinion, a company that communicates well, says what they will do, and does it courteously, in a timely and affordable way is the standard of a Gold, Five Star Company.o
