This was the best fastest and most successful maintenance Call we have ever had! The technician arrived early and inside of 2 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and was ordering parts. But then he checked his truck and fortunately the parts were on board. He installed the parts and was done all within 30 minutes. The technician was very professional and certainly knowledgeable about washing machines. I’m so glad we chose Mr. Appliance for repairing our machine

Mr. Appliance. Where do I start? When no other appliance repair company would accept a repair request on a LG dishwasher, Mr. Appliance never hesitated. From the initial call, they were courteous and friendly. On the day of the repair, they sent Jordan out. Jordan was on time which I knew we were off to a good start. Again courteous and friendly, Jordan was extremely professional. He diagnosed the issue very quickly. This company obviously knows what they're doing and with this great technician, I couldn't be happier that they sent Jordan out. There was no pressure and no sales pitch. Jordan fixed the problem. To all other appliance repair companies in the area, take notes. This is how it's done! Thanks again. You've earned a customer for life.

My Frigidaire professional induction cooktop lost power after an error code and I had a Mr appliance technician Jordan come out to diagnose my cooktop. He took plenty of time to do all the required diagnostic test and to listen to the history on the cooktop. Jordan gave me an estimate for fixing my cooktop now I just have to weigh the difference between putting the money into fixing it versus buying a new one.

My LG Refrigerator started making noise and items in the freezer compartment started to thaw. Tony identified the issue and ordered a replacement part (fan) to be installed the next day. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional and dependable. I would not hesitate to use Tony again if I need appliance repairs in the future.

I couldn’t get the front door glass of my oven put together correctly. Jordan provided many solutions to solve the problem. He was able to fix the door so the oven was able to function again properly. He was persistent in helping solve the problem.

Tony arrived in a timely manner and found 2 causes of water leaking from my fridge and addressed them both and gave me a quick lesson on how to clean my drainage filter. So now I have some new knowledge to lord over my husband! Great service, professional and affordable. So happy my refrigerator doesn't have to be replaced.
