Your serviceman, Bobby, was very informative and helpful but I decided to go with a new cooktop stove rather that just have the old one repaired. Thank you very much for all your help.

Appointment was scheduled immediately, Technician arrived early to the appointment and diagnosed the probable repair solution quickly. Repair parts have been ordered and hopefully these parts will resolve the washing machine’s problem.

Bobby arrived on time and after I gave him a brief rundown of the issue, he knew exactly what the problem was and jumped right in to correct it! He was efficient, professional and explained everything to me and showed me the cause. I was amazed!! The man definitely knows his stuff. Truly impressive!!! I think he deserves a raise! Very nice man! Thanks again, Bobby. The 'ol fridge is working perfectly. 👍👍

Jordan did great!

My appointment turned out to be a morning after a major snow storm. Despite the bad roads, Bobby showed up smiling and in a great mood. He was very polite and explained what he was doing as he worked. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance.. A great service.
