Our technician, Brian, was a lifesaver! He arrived on time, wore shoe coverings, and quickly identified the problem with our broken ice maker. He was extremely knowledgeable about our Whirlpool unit and able to give us some tips to prevent future problems. We were anticipating having to get a new refrigerator but Brian worked his magic. He also gave us some advice for keeping our new washer in good working condition. Working with Mr. Appliance was seamless and stress free. It was great to receive a time slot the day before along with a photo of our technician.
I have used Mr. appliance a half dozen times across our properties in Savannah. I am impressed with the technicians knowledge, and very satisfied with his troubleshooting skills and repair work. The office is also easy to reach and work with. Everyone is very helpful and accommodating.

Recent problems w/ my old Kenmore dryer. After online request, prompt appointment provided. Dave was professional & personable. He recommended replacing part. (He was able to get a replacement quickly) Very satisfied w/ service.
