We were getting ready to go out of town when I noticed that our refrigerator was leaking water. I called the Mr. Appliance office and they were able to send a tech out that morning. Moha was very professional and efficient, and fixed the blocked line so we were able to go on our trip.

Our technician Colby was the best! Arrived on time and kept clear and open communication with us on the process and time frame of ordering the part for our dryer. Fast and efficient on fixing the noise our dryer was making. Would highly recommend this company!

This was the second time in a couple of years that I called on Mr. Appliance of Savannah. As with the first time when I needed a clothes dryer repaired, they were quick to respond to my call for repair of my washing machine. As it turned out, they had to order a part but within a couple of days they returned to my home and made the repairs. They were quick, friendly and provided excellent repair service. We even had the same friendly repairman the second time and that was a comfortable feeling.
