We’ve used Mr. Appliance twice this past year and have enjoyed our experience on both occasions. They’re very timely, knowledgeable and respectful. On both occasions they were able to repair our appliances very quickly. Never fun to need appliance repairs but if and when you’re in need of one we highly recommend them.

Hender was amazing!!! Of course he fixed the problem (our freezer) but was also very responsive and polite. 10 stars for wearing shoe booties, not minding my dog, and always letting me know when he was ~15 minutes out. Truly a wonderful experience and will use again if need be.

I definitely recommend Mr.Appliance! Flores, the tech, couldn't have been nicer! On his first visit he assessed the problem and let me know what it would cost and ordered the repair parts. Flores was very knowledgeable and capable. I have a full size stacked washer dryer and he took care of everything!!!! I highly recommend him! very pleased with the service! I will definitely recommend Mr Appliance and specifically Flores to my friends and co-workers. It is so hard to find good repair people. This company is a keeper!!!!!!! and my 1yr old puppy like him too!

Our technician was fantastic-diligent and knowledgeable. He also made the effort to have the parts we needed expedited so we had our washer and dryer running smoothly again!
