Service performed promptly and as promised.
Refrigerator was not cooling so I looked for company I have used in the past but no long around and for years it was always someone coming from Lakeland So I called Mr Appliance and from the super nice lady that answered first thing in the morning to the text with picture showing who was ON HIS WAY Paul showed up came in diagnosed the problem place an order for part and it came in very quick and they sent message with appointment for repair which I called and had to change the time and gentlemen on phone said no problem changed the time Paul showed up had us back and cooling!!! I can honestly say this is one of the very FEW service companies I feel completely comfortable if I could not be home to have them come fix something if my wife was home alone Thank You so much and already passing the word about your company A ++++

Did excellent job of diagnosing the problem after warranty company just replaced 1 part at a time after multiple trips which only temporarily worked. Mr appliance ordered the parts came back and repaired fridge with new compressor which now working. The guys that came out were very knowledgeable and friendly. Also the staff at the office were the same way being very courteous and concerned. Great company! Thanks

The technician, Wayne was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Had to wait for the part but the repair was quick and now I can put the dish drying rack back in the closet.

Paul quickly diagnosed the problem with my practically new Frigidaire wall oven, ordered the part & fixed within a week! Tho I hope to not need them again, I highly recommend this local business!
