Awesome service, very responsive and the Technicians were very professional.

Called and spoke to owner BJ, I knew him already, and let him know what was going on with my washer. He proceeded to tell me what he thought it was, he looked up the part and told me an estimate of how much it could be, so I had them come out and diagnose it. Well it was what he thought, however when the repair man looked up the part, they no longer made that part and haven't for awhile. The repair man still made us pay for the diagnostic. well, I could be wrong but, isn't that kinda of bad business? or is that just me....anyway for that i would not recommend them.

We have a Thermadore cooktop and it quit working and we couldnt get it fixed. We had a great talk with BJ and he was very helpful ad sent his lead technician to help us.
