Mr. Appliance was great. Nathan arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about my washer, and worked hard to get it going. He followed protocol with the manufacturer. He explained everything well. I will definitely call Mr. Appliance if I need help again.

Chris is AMAZING! I called as a non-customer for a washer issue. I couldn't get ahold of my landlords as they had their hands super full as well.Chris explained in detail what the issue more than likely could be, gave me tips on what to do, and was extremely kind and understanding the entire call. I very highly recommend this place simply for their southern hospitality and their ability to genuinely help a concerned tenant.

Mr. Appliance of Bowling Green and Elizabethtown did not hesitate when I called them and explained that I had an LG washer that was leaking water. They made an appointment to come to my house and assess the problem. I was in contact with the repairman the day before and that morning which included his picture. The washer has been repaired and everything was cleaned up before they left. The price of the service and parts was very reasonable as well. Friendly folks and I highly recommend them.
