Chris is AMAZING! I called as a non-customer for a washer issue. I couldn't get ahold of my landlords as they had their hands super full as well.Chris explained in detail what the issue more than likely could be, gave me tips on what to do, and was extremely kind and understanding the entire call. I very highly recommend this place simply for their southern hospitality and their ability to genuinely help a concerned tenant.

Mr. Appliance of Bowling Green and Elizabethtown did not hesitate when I called them and explained that I had an LG washer that was leaking water. They made an appointment to come to my house and assess the problem. I was in contact with the repairman the day before and that morning which included his picture. The washer has been repaired and everything was cleaned up before they left. The price of the service and parts was very reasonable as well. Friendly folks and I highly recommend them.

Nathaniel Wilson (Certified Tech) and his partner (Brent) did an outstanding & courteous job of efficiently solving the ice maker issue/s on our frig. Troubleshooting was spot on resulting in the correct part to replace being identified and once complete, frig ice making is now better than it has ever been thanks to Nathaniel & Brent. John Forman

I appreciated getting an appointment so quickly. Technicians were efficient and professional while checking and installing my appliances. They answered my questions and demonstrated that the new stove was working properly. Randy and Nathaniel were great.
