Dean, the technician was prompt and efficient. He ran into an unexpected snag in diagnosing our dryer but figured it out and successfully repaired it. Very impressive. Charges were fair.

Appreciate your guys coming out and replacing the drain pump. I wouldn’t have been able to pull the unit out of the closet or get the dryer off by myself.

Had an issue with my dishwasher. Easy to schedule a service call on line. The repairman (Clancy) was prompt and quickly figured out what the problem was. He was able to order the replacement parts needed. A little pricey but I like my dishwasher and I’m happy that I can keep it a while longer.

Excellent service! Thank you! Mr. Appliance came to our house to look at our dishwater (it kept shutting off) and oven broiler (which didn't work). The repairman was on time, friendly and worked quickly to diagnose the problems. He said he was going to try a simple fix for the dishwasher first, before ordering the new part. I appreciated the honesty to save on our bill.
