Excellent service, and the technician arrived within a very short time frame after my first call. We needed parts for both our washer and dryer which arrived in less than a week. He returned shortly thereafter and had the repairs finished within an hour. We were very impressed with Dean and his son. They were open and friendly and answered all my questions. Mr, Appliance will most certainly be our future service provider for any appliance repairs that might pop up. We highly recommend their professional help to anyone else with appliance issues.
