I was so pleased with our technician Ron. I had been told by a previous appliance repair man that my range hood could not be repaired. That the motor was shot and they no longer made parts for that model. He told me I would have no choice, but to replace the entire hood, which would have required drywall and cabinet work also. Ron came today and took the time to take apart the range hood. The motor was heavy and awkward And probably should have been a two person jobbut Ron chose to Work on it anyway, so I would not have to schedule a second appointment with two technicians.. He found something inside obstructing the fan blades and removed it. My range hood works like it was brand new! He saved me so much time and money. He was polite and prompt and very knowledgeable and experienced.

Sean did an outstanding job of diagnosing and repairing our KichenAid refrigerator. He certainly knew what he was doing and kept us informed along the way. He is a pro in every sense of word. He did his job quickly with minimal impact in the kitchen.

Had a great experience with our Technician, Chris. He knew what was wrong with our appliances after taking apart one and listening to noises one made. Came back a few days later with the necessary parts to repair the problem and now we have great working appliances. Friendly and reasonably prices considering the price of new appliances. If you need your any appliance repaired, I would recommend you call Mr. Appliance.

My appointment was a week away but when there was a cancellation by someone else I was rescheduled for an earlier date. The communication was just enough and not overwhelming. Chris, my service guy, was knowledgeable and efficient. The whole process was easy and not rough on my pockets

Extremely happy with the services of Mr. Appliance. They performed repairs to my dishwasher and stove. My stove was a complicated repair because it is very unique high end gas stove. They researched how to repair it, ordered the parts directly from the manufacturer in North Carolina and had it quickly repaired. They were excellent with communication and scheduling and their prices were very reasonable. I would not call anyone else perform appliance repair after having such positive experiences.
