This is the first ever that I haven’t felt ripped off. The repairman was kind, knowledgeable, and instilled confidence. My dog loved him. I didn’t feel stupid with my questions and the repairman treated me with respect. As a single woman, this type of behavior and respect is rare. I am so glad I found Mr. Appliance. I highly recommend them. I’ve used the normal appliance repair companies in town and Mr. Appliance put them to shame in all areas. They are fast, efficient, reasonably priced and kind. I recommend asking for Sean. He came out, assessed the problem 2 days before Christmas, got the parts ordered and he came back and installed them before New Years! The consistency of having the same person come out was amazing. Thank you to Sean and Mr. Appliance!

A great place to get your appliances fixed. It was a bit pricey, but cheaper than getting a new machine. Ron (the technician) was a consummate professional... Honest hard-working and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Appointment time with Mr. Appliance was the same day, Josh diagnosed the problem, had to order a temperature sensor for my oven, came in and installed within two days. I have dealt with Mr. Appliance twice now and both service calls were done excellent. They send you a picture of the driver by email and let you know he is on his way.

Christopher was very polite and tried to fix my washer it needed really expensive parts we bought one as he thought that would solve the problem but with my luck it didn’t work so the mother board was the only thing it could of been but we decided to just buy a new one as this one was pretty old . Both parts was needed for the machine . Than you Christopher you did an awesome job !!
