I have used Mr. Appliance several times now in the past four years on various appliances. The ones they've repaired are running great. They are very good about telling you if it's worth repairing or if it's better to replace. Their diagnostic service call is refunded if they do the actual repairs. The service technicians have always been very nice and polite and clean up after themselves. Always nice to know the right people for the job!

Jarrod was excellent! Not only did he repair the gas leak in my stove he also cleaned the burners and adjusted my flame. I will definitely use him again!

Jason did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing our dryer! He was very personable and efficient! We really appreciated him being on time and how quickly he was able to get the job done.

Had freezer issues with my Samsung French door refrigerator. Jason did a fine job troubleshooting the problem. My only issue came with the required part being out of stock and on back order... it took several calls and finally getting manager involved to get the problem solved. Manager Chris did a great job getting the problem solved, and keeping me informed of the parts status even through the weekend. When part arrived they promptly called to schedule the installation, and Jason did a great job with the install. Over all Mr. Appliance did a great job.

I highly recommend Mr. Appliance. We have an Asco dishwasher, and I called four other companies who didn’t want to work on it. Jason came out the next day, diagnosed it, ordered the parts, and had us up and running in just a couple of days.
