I gave Mr. appliance five stars because the technician was so good at what he did, however, I thought $225 was ridiculous just to change a fuse in a microwave.

The communication and scheduling were excellent with Mr. Appliance. The repairman, Jason , was prompt, professional, courteous, and patiently answered all of my questions to help me make an informed decision about the repair of my washer. I’m a Realtor in NWA and keep a list of solid contacts for clients in need. Because of my positive personal experience with Mr. Appliance, I won’t hesitate to recommend them in the future.

I called to have ice maker on my Whirlpool fridge repaired. They came out the same day and had my part within two days. Serviceman, Andrew, was very nice. Highly recommend if you want fast and friendly service.

I have used Mr. Appliance several times now in the past four years on various appliances. The ones they've repaired are running great. They are very good about telling you if it's worth repairing or if it's better to replace. Their diagnostic service call is refunded if they do the actual repairs. The service technicians have always been very nice and polite and clean up after themselves. Always nice to know the right people for the job!

Jarrod was excellent! Not only did he repair the gas leak in my stove he also cleaned the burners and adjusted my flame. I will definitely use him again!
