Called in need of dryer service & repair and within 5 hrs everything was taken apart, diagnosed, and repaired! Very thorough, out-of-the-box practical thinking, and experienced sleuthing and repair skills saved our dryer!!

The technician was very respectful and thorough. Although our issue was more cosmetic than mechanical, he made sure that it was taken care of.

The technition, sean, showed up on time, was very helpful and verified that the part of the dishwasher was in fact, bad and covered under Bosch's warranty. He had to order the part and return to install it. When he returned, we had a disagreement over an invoice we had received prior. It turned out to be an an erroneous invoice and Sean took care of it to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company for appliance repair.

They did a great job of fixing my oven’s junction box which had melted wires in it. He fixed the problem and got my oven working again. Very professional and courteous. Would def recommend!!!
