Very good. Fixed it the first time!
The person I first talked to was Gina and let me tell you she was so pleasant and very helpful and got us set up with a technician to come see what exactly what was going on with our refrigerator, they text us and gave us a date and a 2 hour window then when he was on his way, his name was Gary and he was very polite and knowledgeable, I will use Mr.Appliance for all my appliance needs, Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Both technicians (Mark and Gary) were very knowledgeable, worked quickly and resolved the issues with the dishwasher.

I used these guys years ago and got great service unfortunately I was just told they do not operate in this area of Ozark Missouri anymore

We had a great experience with Mr. Appliance when our dryer went down. The owner himself came out to handle the repair, and he did a fantastic job getting everything back up and running quickly and professionally. Dryer stopped heating Wednesday morning and was back in operation Friday morning! Friendly and professional serviceman had the necessary part in his truck, and within a couple of hours I was doing my laundry once again! This was our second visit by this company, first was for the washer four years ago, and will call again for any future appliance repairs.
