The person I first talked to was Gina and let me tell you she was so pleasant and very helpful and got us set up with a technician to come see what exactly what was going on with our refrigerator, they text us and gave us a date and a 2 hour window then when he was on his way, his name was Gary and he was very polite and knowledgeable, I will use Mr.Appliance for all my appliance needs, Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

I used these guys years ago and got great service unfortunately I was just told they do not operate in this area of Ozark Missouri anymore

The owner himself came out to handle the repair, and he did a fantastic job getting everything back up and running quickly and professionally.
