Up front I was told how much the repair would cost on my clothes dryer.The repair person came the next day promptly, was a very nice competent fellow, had to order a part and was back the next day and did the repair. The 20 year old clothes dryer is running better than ever. I am very pleased with the service and sort of amazed these days when nothing seems to go smoothly but Mr. Appliance was great.

My Service Tech Benji was very pleasant and informative as he replaced both my Oven Elements. He also recommended the best way to clean my Wall Oven. I followed his instruction and it came out great. I would highly recommend Mr Appliance and Benji should you need your Oven repaired.

Exceptional response and service from Mr. Appliance. I'd been without a full-size refrigerator for one month. I called Mr. Appliance, they scheduled next day service. Mike was at my address today, diagnosed my refrigerator issue and provided a temporary solution while he orders the part needed. This after a month with Sears Home Service misdiagnosing and not resolving the issue. Thank you Mike, and way to go Mr. Appliance and Mike.
