The staff was cordial and professional and replaced the defective valve. The aspect that they could have improved is taking care of it in 1 visit instead of 2. We self diagnosed the problem prior to the visit and requested that tech bring the needed valve replacement for visit #1. The receptionist was not keen on this request, stating they diagnose on visit #1 before ordering pre-ordering a part. This is not an expensive part, and doing so would have saved both of us time as I needed to be home for 2 visits instead of one. Otherwise, I thought they were fine & would recommend them. Very nice technician, and I was kept informed about his arrival.

Don gave our washer a complete go over. Not just the specific thing that was wrong, but he looked at everything to make sure that there wasn’t anything else that needed attention. He was professional, and friendly.

I woke up to find that my refrigerator had stopped running. I tried to contac a couple of other repair companies but none could come for days. The cost of replacement was a bit more than desired but Mr. Appliance pulled through for me when all else failed. The communications were outstanding, the tech was knowledgeable and professional. He happened to have the needed replacement part and shortly after, all was well.

Entire process was great. They came out the next day and Noah was able to complete the repair the same day for the oven! Parts needed to be ordered for the freezer. Noah came back within 2 business days and fixed the freezer. This company really cares about getting your appliance fixed speedily and professionally. Noah was very professional, friendly, and competent! I highly recommend this company and the technician Noah! The repairs were very expensive but I don’t know how the cost compared to other companies. I’m just thrilled at how fast my appliances were repaired. Previous experience with other companies, one appt was scheduled for three week out! With Mr. Appliance, they strive for same day or next day service, which they achieved for me.
