I was able to get an appointment the same day. Kevin diagnosed the problem and explained it before proceeding and fixed the washing machine efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to come earlier than the scheduled time and called beforehand to let me know. I will use Mr. Appliance again when needed

Awesome experience. We called in the morning to have someone look at our dryer and we had it serviced by the afternoon. We received a text when the technician was on the way and he arrived promptly. Our technician Michael, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix the dryer and even listened to me chatting about our other problem appliances while he worked. I would definitely call Mr. Appliance again in the future and would definitely recommend Michael.
