Called "Mr. Appliance" for help with our Kenmore refrigerators icemaker. We easily made an appointment around our schedule and had it serviced today. The technician that they sent was Donald who was very friendly and who quickly diagnosed the problem. Fortunately it ended up being a quick repair and he helped us by showing us how to remove doors for a more thorough cleaning. We would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and especially Donald.

Our dryer just went out. I scheduled with Mr Appliance online at 7am, and a technician, Donald, was out to our home a couple hours later. He diagnosed the problem accurately and was back to install the part right away. Donald was awesome; timely, friendly and got my dryer working quicker than I was anticipating! Scheduling with Mr. Appliance was simple. They also told me up front what fees would be to determine what needed to be fixed with our oven and refrigerator. They explained that these would be waved if we went ahead and fixed them the day the tech came. Mark was our technician. He was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and which parts were needed. He also educated us about which appliances are the most reliable and to not put any more repairs into our refrigerator due to the brand's unreliability and expense of parts. We really appreciated the honesty! Definitely recommend Mr. Appliance and would call them again!
