Mark was our service technician and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and could tell right away what was wrong with our refrigerator. When the part he ordered came in, he fixed it in about 30 minutes and even helped me level the fridge, tighten the handles and put a new filter in - all things he didn't need to do! I really appreciated the help. And our refrigerator seems to be working great again. Thank you!

Our tech, Mark, was efficient, polite, and fixed our range quickly. Saved me so much time and money! They do have a diagnostic fee, but it gets applied to the repair cost so it was so worth it! They did need to change the time of my appointment, but they informed me the day before and it worked out well.

I was very satisfied with my experience. My tech (Donald) was timely, efficient, knowlegeable and fun to chat with. The cost was reasonable. I had them out to repair my refridgerator last year, and again today for my dishwasher. Another good experience! Thank you!

Donald was very professional, discovered the problem right away and fixed it v quick with quickly. He is very knowledgeable. He was very friendly and courteous. Regarding Mr Appliance, I will suggest that you get a preliminary cost of the visit so you are not taken by surprise .

Called "Mr. Appliance" for help with our Kenmore refrigerators icemaker. We easily made an appointment around our schedule and had it serviced today. The technician that they sent was Donald who was very friendly and who quickly diagnosed the problem. Fortunately it ended up being a quick repair and he helped us by showing us how to remove doors for a more thorough cleaning. We would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and especially Donald.
