We recently were having some issues with our refrigerator so I contacted Mr. Appliance. Mark, our technician, was able to come to the house within a day or two. He was incredibly professional and very helpful through the process. Mark returned a few days later to make the repairs and we were delighted to have our refrigerator back at 100% I can't say enough good things about Mr. Appliance and in particular Mark our technician....thanks!!!

Mark was very quick, efficient, and kind. He got my dishwasher fixed in no time! I also found the company very communicative and reasonably priced. They gave a two hour window of when the service professional would be at my house, and about 10-15 minutes before arrival I got a text and email letting me know they were on their way and giving me the name of the professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Donald came out to look at our dishwasher which had stopped drying. He was very knowledgeable and he diagnosed the problem quickly. In the end it would cost as much to fix the issue as to replace the unit and Donald was able to provide a few "reliable" brand recommendations to purchase as a replacement. Overall we were very happy with the service provided from start to finish!

They came at the time they said they'd be here. Technician was very professional. The company helped me out with an issue I had. They are very fair and helpful. I would recommend them for anyone who needs appliance repair.
