The technician was able to diagnose the issues rapidly and fixed it quickly. He went out of his way to try to fix a different problem, but because of the age of the system, all he was able to do was give me advice for replacement. I'll continue using this company knowing that I'm in good, honest, and reliable hands.

Have a Boesch microwave. Door springs were broken that made door tenuous to operate. Phoned a local (to Hurricane) repair shop.Boesch was not in their expertise. When asked for a recommendation they did not hesitate to name Mr Appliance. Made an appointment. Technician Ryan was cordial and efficient. As repair too costly recom.ended a new door. Called office staff after a few days. Informed me all the delivery info and set up an appointment for next day installation. As promised door reinstalled. Overall from office staff to techs great service.

They were very professional. They were booties on their shoes when they came in. They were very kind and got the job figured out with minimum charge. They are a very good company to work with.they cleaned up after themselves. There work is warrantied for a year Trevor was super to work with.

They are GE certified repair technicians so they have to tools to quickly determine and resolve any issues with GE products! My fridge now runs better than ever.
