They are the best repair people for appliances. They have great customer service, easy to make an appointment, appointment notifications that dont keep you waiting all day. I will use them everytime and I highly recommend them.

Company is incredibly professional from quick response appointment scheduling to service. On time, excellent communication and service. A rare thing in today’s climate. Absolutely recommend and will use them for any future needs.

Super impressed. Called at 8:10 Monday morning and they were at my house an hour later. Kind and efficient repairman. Need dryer vent clearing and nothing wrong with dryer. Dryer Vent Wizard will be here tomorrow.

They came out the same day when the other companies I had called all were telling me 2 to 3 days before they could come fix my washing machine. They told me between 10 AM and 12 and they were here at 10:05 AM. Justin was friendly efficient and fix the problem quickly I strongly recommend Mr. appliance

Chuck was amazing! My ice maker in my Thermador Freezer was having trouble and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it very quickly. I had called around to several places and this company was by far the best price. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely recommend them to anyone! Thanks again. 😊

Fantastic customer service. Justin personally left my house to pick up the part I need and then came back and fixed my refrigerator. how great was that. I called Monday night for an appointment and had my refrigerator repaired Tuesday morning.

I received a same-day appt within 2 hrs of my call. The technician, Noah, was friendly and professional. I had two appliances fixed on the same day. I will definitely use Mr. Appliance again.
