I had an issue with my dishwasher and they came out within a few days. Friendly knowledgeable tech. They had to get a part but it came in next day. They not only fixed the issue (new drain pump) but reseated the dishwasher so it fits better in the space. Would recommend.

I chose Mr Appliance mainly because the office is located close to where I live and I figured they specialized in household appliances, like their name says. I was having issues with my front load high efficiency washer. It still washed clothes, mainly small loads, but didn't always spin properly. Don S. Came at the scheduled time (I received clear notifications beforehand and was kept updated on his progress), he troubleshooted the issue(s), and recommended that I replace 3 parts. He was friendly, professional and efficient. With parts and labor, we determined it was still worth keeping my machine as the repairs would make it last at least 4 - 5 more years. Fortunately, the parts were available, and Don S came back the following day and fixed my machine in a little less than 2 hours. He was very good with my pets, and gave me some great recommendations for maintaining my washer and keeping it running well. I am very happy with the service I received from Mr. Appliance and will use them again in the future! I am doing a load of wash as I write this, and my washer is operating so much better!!

We called on a Monday morning needing a dryer repaired. They were able to not only schedule a same day appointment, but the crew arrived well ahead of time. The problem/repairs were thoroughly and patiently explained. The guys were courteous, as always, and got our dryer back up and running in less than an hour. We will always call Mr. Appliance for our repair needs!

We had Mr. Appliance come out to repair our dryer under warranty, and we couldn’t be more impressed! Noah, our technician, was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. Not only did he thoroughly address all of my questions, but he also went above and beyond by offering to help schedule a future appointment for another appliance I had inquired about. Based on this exceptional experience, we will definitely be using Mr. Appliance again in the future—and we’ll specifically be requesting Noah. If you're considering scheduling a service, I highly recommend doing so and asking for Noah!

This company provides exceptional customer service. I was able to get an appointment with a reasonable time. They showed up when they were supposed to. The gentleman that repaired the dishwasher provided great service.. Explain the problem with the product ordered the part to be fixed and was out promptly to repair it. First time using Mr Appliance for service. Dishwasher started acting up so I searched the internet and found Mr Appliance. Requested appointment online that evening at about 8:30 pm. Got a call the next morning offering an appointment that afternoon. Chuck is the serviceman who arrived. He went right to work. He knew what it was by my description of the problem. Completed the job in no time. Also warned me that the hose needed to be replaced because he saw a very slow drip. He advised me to get a plumber to fix this. I call this above and beyond. I’m so grateful he told me so I can get that repaired. Then I hope my kitchen will be perfect again. I definitely recommend Mr Appliance for fast, friendly, responsible service. The price was very reasonable as well.
