Mr Appliance was able to have a tech out quickly to diagnose my dishwasher issue. Don arrived on time and was quick to figure out what the issue was. Don was professional, focused and friendly. Parts had to be ordered but that only took a few days. Don was back and completed the job, no more leaking dishwasher. I’ve added Mr Appliance to my contacts, if needed I will contact them in a heartbeat.

This is my second experience with Mr. Appliance, previous was under the Fenton office for a different appliance. Chuck/Charles was our tech both times and we will request him for future service needs. Great service and outcome once again. Thank you!

After hours and multiple tries with LG to troubleshoot this was great. Set up was quick and efficient with confirmation. Chuck was timely, neat and easy to communicate. He had everything we needed. All working well now.

Mr. Appliance provided wonderful service! When I called with a broken refrigerator, they were able to get me in the same day (within an hour)! Shannon G. was incredibly helpful and saved us the cost of a new fridge by telling us about the sealed system warranty coverage. Without his knowledge, we would have been stuck buying a new fridge!
