My machine was making a bad grinding noise. So I called and and of course it didn't make that noise while he was here. But he was friendly and understanding and told me what options I would have if it continues. Wasn't really anything he could do. But still happy with the service.

Aside from the initial answering service and having to wait a few days for a service visit, the gentleman they sent was very knowledgeable, pretty much knew what the issue was and had it fixed in short time. I'm the type that likes to watch and he was very good about that and answering questions. I don't often find myself complimenting service these days but this was a very good experience. Price was reasonable too.

Had a great experience getting our stove fixed with Mr Appliance. The technician was helpful, he did the estimate and came back 2 weeks later for the repair. He even went above & beyond to look at other aspects of the stove and help us get it back into top shape.
