Inquiring call was answered promptly and politely. After finalizing cost of repair, we agreed on appointment date and time. Appointment was followed up and technician arrived as scheduled. He was neatly dressed in a uniform and kept me informed as to the steps he was doing.Work area was kept clean as he replaced a faulty compressor. Am totally satisfied and now will continue to use Mr.Appliance when required.

Mr. Appliance was very helpful in scheduling our service call at a convenient day for us and provided the name and a photo of the service person so we knew who was coming. Mathew arrived as scheduled and was very efficient and clearly knowledgeable about our fridge and what was needed. So we are back in service and very happy with the service we received.

We had a broken dishwasher the pump went out apparently. Not only was the office lady super sweet when we called in the tech was friendly, clean and quick! Ordered our part came back and installed it again super friendly! Very happy we have a working dishwasher again!!! Thank you guys so much!!!
