I am writing this review to let the publi c know of our organizations experience with using Mr Appliance Services. We are a Camp that has a large Commercial Kitchen with many different Appliances. We have been using this company for years and they always meet or exceed our expections when servicing our equiptment. In emergencies they always respond quickly. We highly recomend them. It’s so hard to find a trustworthy and reputable home repair company. I’m so glad we found Mr Appliance. Not only did they fix our dryer, but they took the time to educate us on what was going on and they were both friendly and professional. Two thumbs up and ten stars for Mr Appliance and our technician, Chris. While we hope nothing ever goes wrong with any of our appliances, if something does then we can rest assured that Mr. Appliance will be there to help!

I had the pleasure of Martree coming out from Mr Appliance for an ice maker issue. From the moment he arrived, Martree was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated. He even gave me some tips on how to maintain my ice maker to prevent future issues. I highly recommend Mr Appliance, and do ask for Martree for your technician.

Our technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our problem quickly and educated us on the issue. Would recommend!! They are trained in Thermador appliances which is what we have!

This company I’ve worked with for over 20 years. They have always been quick to respond and handle our jobs professionally. They also work great with tenants and respect their privacy while on the property. Wendy, it’s absolutely Amazing to work with she always answers and response quickly, she’s friendly and very thorough. She has great follow up and definitely makes this company shine.
