The salesman Damon was very professional and was able to fix the problem on site the same day. There was no need to order parts as he had the part needed to fix the problem right in his truck. He sent a text of himself to us before arriving so my wife knew what he looked like before answering the door & when he arrived he explained what he believed the problem was & his diagnosis was right on point. We couldn’t be happier with Damon’s service. You can tell that Damon enjoys & takes pride in his work. We would definitely use this company again!

Anjil was a very competent & pleasant young man who listened to my issues w/stove and refrigerator. He tested everything & things appeared to be working correctly for now. Restarted ice maker & said to call if it did not make ice within 2 days as then it would need to be replaced.

Great service from Damon! Our washer stopped working so we called Chris at Mr. Appliance in Tewksbury and ace repairman Damon arrived to our place within 2 hours of our call. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the new part (new water pump) that arrived the next day. He gave us a firm price that was very reasonable. We appreciated his clear explanation of the problem and the options available to us. Damon was able to install the pump staight away and all is well. We couldn't be more pleased with Damon and the folks at Mr Appliance of Tewksbury. Highly recommend them, and they will be 'top of the list' when any of our major appliances need service!
