Let me save you some time. There's no need to look anywhere else. My entire experience, from start to finish, could not have went any better. Scheduling appointment? Easy; it took 2 minutes. E-mailed and called ahead, just like they said they would. I wasn't left out of the loop, at any point. You can tell they value their customers. They showed up exactly when they said they would. You can't ask for any better customer service and professionalism. Justin C. and Ian T. were AWESOME. They knew their stuff and they wasted no time solving my refrigerator problem. Justin and Ian were friendly, professional, genuine, humble, polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They found the issue and had me a quote in minutes. By the time they left, I felt like we were friends! No business is perfect, but I can't see anyone else coming closer than Mr. Appliance. I've got them added to speed-dial so, the next time something comes up, I don't even have to worry about the shopping process. And I can't speak for anyone else, but if you ask for Justin Calhoun and/or Ian Turner, you won't be disappointed.

The repairmen arrived when expected. Keep me informed on the repairs and even had the part in their van, so my washer was completely repaired when they left.

We had issues with 2 Galanz freezers that failed within a short time after we purchased them @ Costco earlier this year. Although Galanz was a complete disaster to deal with regarding covering them under warranty, we had no problems with Mr. Appliance's customer service. They ordered the part needed to fix the issue, they contacted us when the part came in and they fixed the problem in a timely manner. Jerry, the service technician, was friendly and professional. We would definitely call Mr. Appliance for any future problems that may arise with our household appliances and would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Very honest and wonderful! We thought our dishwasher was leaking and instead found our mice had chewed the wires. They fixed it and didn’t charge too much! Definitely was worth it for peace of mind.
