Quickly diagnosed the issue with our whirlpool fridge. Although they were sent the wrong part, they were able to obtain the correct part and come back later that day to fix. Austin and Nick were great!

Using Mr. Appliance to diagnose problems we were having with our washer and dryer was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Our service technician, Derrick, was professional, proficient, and personable. He arrived promptly, worked diligently and efficiently, and cleaned up very well after his work was completed. He was extremely forthcoming about our issues and the cost for repairs. Unfortunately, the cost of repair was prohibitive and we decided that it was more cost effective to purchase new appliances. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance because of the stellar service that we received!
