David was very courteous and called when he was on his way. He didn't waste any time starting to work. I really did appreciate that he drove to Sand Springs with such icy and and snowy roads. He installed the parts they had ordered for my refrigerator and it running like new. I will definitely call Mr. Appliance the next time I have an appliance that needs to be repaired.
Service was quick and knowledgeable, they contacted me while waiting on parts to arrive.
The Technician was on time and he solved the problem and was very professional.

I am very impressed with the Service Professional William Dipasquale. Solving the issue with the oven on our Range took more than one try, he was able to figure out. It was something small that could be easily missed, and the manual did not give good information. I also appreciated the people scheduling appointments and taking messages everyone was kind, courteous
