The technician was very professional. He knew exactly what the problem was. He was here on time he gave me a time that he would be here and he was here. The? Job took no more than an hour. I was very pleased with him. I would recommend him to a friend or family member.

This company was great and I would highly recommend them. My stove needed to be repaired and they came right away. Sal from Mr. Appliance serviced my oven and he was very informative and very friendly! 5 stars for sure!!!

Showed up when scheduled, the tech was very nice, it was a rainy day and he put down their own welcome mat to wipe their shoes before coming in and then put booties on to make sure no water came in with them. Fixed my dryer in 30 minutes and had it back up and running. Had me check and make sure it was all fixed by running a cycle which made me feel good that they fixed it and nothing else would happen. Excellent service and well worth the price to have piece of mind.

Sal was fantastic! He came to fix my dishwasher and immediately knew what was wrong. He quickly returned with the necessary part and had it replaced in no time.
