My dryer was not getting my clothes all the way dry and I'm past the warranty stage on my dryer. Thanks to Mr Appliance I discovered that my dryer hose was not properly connected in the back causing lint and hot air to fly around the back of my dryer. The technician, Benjy, was very knowledgeable and curteous. It now works great and haven't had any issues since. Thank you for taking care of us.

Benjy came out on Christmas Eve to help identify a problem with our gas stove and was extremely professional and prompt with his service. Once the ordered part to repair the issue arrived, Benjy came back out to our home and was done with the whole process in under 30 minutes. We were very impressed with his professionalism and his care shown to our home and pets. A great experience, we definitely recommend Benjy as a trusted technician.

Clinton was very respectful, listening to the problem we were having with our dryer. Tested the dryer out to see if anything else was wrong with it. He called to see if parts were available, went and got them, and repaired our dryer in minimal time. Very professional gentleman to work with.

The appliance operator came in, identified the problem and a timely manner, and also came back and put it the part that was ordered back in a timely manner very efficient knowledgeable of his job.

This is the second time using Mr Appliance. Customer service and scheduling of appts was easy,l. Our service tech, Clinton, was very professional and courteous and did a great job. Pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again!

Clint was so amazing. Super kind, knowledgeable, clean and respectful. I had the competitor come out first because that is who the home warranty place sent and the service was subpar and they didn’t fix the problem…Clint took the time to assess the issue and called for parts and ran to get them and returned to fix all within an hour! Wow!
