Punctual, professional.
They were polite when I called and got out to look at our dryer within a day of calling. The technician, Regis, was professional and explained clearly what he did and what was going on with the dryer. We will use them again!!

Very positive experience with Benjy to diagnose & repair my LG washer. Great communications, on-time, fair price.
Clinton did a great job getting our microwave repaired to better than new in a professional manner. He was on time, very personal and helpful in solving our problem.
Clint was on time, efficient, very friendly and had what other repair companies couldn't fix after several attempts and many hours done in 2 visits!! Once to figure out the issue and a second time to replace the part for a total of about an hour. I will request him if any future problems occur!! Thank you Mr. Appliance and thanks you Clint!!!

Mr. appliance was fantastic! Showed up exactly when they said that they would and fixed the problem. I will definitely use them again and I definitely recommend them. Technician was Friendly and knew his stuff. Very pleased.

Our oven quit working, and Mr. Appliance saved the day! Everything was top-notch. It was a heavy double-wall oven, so they sent two techs to manage it. Thankfully, it was a fuse that needed to be replaced. The part was secured and installed, and they were on their way! I happily paid $215 rather than buying a new unit for a minimum of $1500!

Fridge was dying. Got scheduled fast for inspection and later fix. Longest time to wait was just waiting for the part. Lol Regis was amazing. He was fast and straight forward. He was very knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend.

My tech is fun to talk to. He was very kind. He did not make me lock my dog up. He didn't charge me for the first trip. He was going to the job was completely done.
