Excellent work, professional service. Technician, Kendra, so smart and knowledgeable- really resourceful in looking at all issues with my 10+ old fridge. Gave great advice and instructions to maintain the condenser. Yeah for you to coming out to the Gorge.

RON WAS A PLEASURE. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SAY AS A NEGATIVE, IS A PHONE CALL OR TEXT WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TWO HOUR WINDOW OF AN ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL. BUT, A TEN ON EVERYTHING ELSE. ANNSERING QUESTIONS, RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME, AND MYSELF, COVERED THE FLOOR, BOOTIES WHEN IN MY HOME EVEN WHEN I SAID IT WAS NOT NESSASARY.
