They responded to my online request within a couple of hours, got an appointment set up for next day, and the tech fixed it pretty quickly once he got here. A little expensive just to install a part I already had, but it was worth it to have someone who knew what they were doing do the work. I'd recommend this company.

The technician was faced with one of the ugliest jobs I can imagine. My dryer had stopped working. It had been installed jammed into an impossibly small space and propped up on cinder blocks to clear the vent. He went about his work with a combination of brute strength, technical skill and good cheer. I'm sure he risked significant injury on several occasions. He made no complaints and was appreciative of any small gesture I offered to assist him. After cleaning up a terrible mess of dryer lint that was trapped behind and under the machine, he promptly diagnosed the problem, repaired it and then went through the hideous task of getting the dryer back into the too small space. He would have been completely justified telling me that I should just go out and get a new dryer that fit in the space. Instead, he fixed the old one while thoroughly exhausting himself. I feel fortunate in having had his help and would call Mr. Appliance for any future services that I may need.

The service is prompt. They keep you well informed. We’ve had Ryan repair a dishwasher and a range. Incredible technician. Explains what he is going to look for and does a fantastic job. Polite and cleans up after himself super. Highly recommend these folks

Kendra, our tech, is awesome. Qualified, professional, pleasant! She’s growing in her work capacity but still made time to personally service our last issue. She went above and beyond by addressing a couple of tiny things that I mentioned, like reattaching the kick plate, and lubricated our squeaky dishwasher door! That alone was worth it. lol … I still get a kick out of the fact that Mr appliance sent me Ms appliance to do the job and we never looked back. She’s our go to for sure 👍

Our dishwasher broke recently, and after doing some light googling, we landed on Mr Appliance. Emiliano came out and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Unfortunately, it required some extra parts, but he came back later this week and got it working right. He did a great job, and we will be using them again!
