Kevin came out and looked at two of our appliances and was a true professional. He explained everything that was causing issues and was awesome with our 3yo (who might have the knack) and protective dog. I appreciated the openness and his rapport with me to explain the situation and make recommendations on what to do as next steps. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair.

Great service, knowledgeable, and friendly. They came right out and fixed us up. Our ice-maker had stopped working. They ordered the part came back next day and installed.

Great communication, very efficient and my service tech Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed my dryer with minimum disruption.

Our service technician was Kevin, he was on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He seemed to know the trade very well. We would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and will definitely use them again.
