Great experience! Our dryer spelled like it was burning and a tech came out the same week and replaced parts and got it up and running just like new.

Promptly came to diagnose our 41 year old refrigerator problem, gave us opinion and recommendations to repair or replace, gave us time to make an informed decision,when decision was made came back quickly once part was in to do repair . Service call charge was credited to total repair/parts job. We called two other Service repair companies with no return calls. Mr.Appliance got us serviced asap (1 day). Part was expensive due to refrigerator age but still 3 times cheaper than a new one.
