These guys are amazing - available anyway you want to reach them - responsive, flexible, and when John came to my home to check out the situation, he did an expert job at solving the problem and even explained the mechanics of what went wrong. I plan to call them for any appliance needs I have!!

Our experience with this company was fantastic. From my first phone call to them to completion of the repair on my washing machine was three days (and that includes the time that it took to order the necessary part). I have already recommended them to a friend, and will absolutely use them again if the need arises. Our technician, Tristan, was knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance!
