I had a new Bertazonni refrigerator installed and it would turn on for a while but not stay on. It was a difficult prob to diagnose but the technician at Mr. Appliance was very persistent. He called the manufacturer several time and finally was able to ascertain that they never sent an “installation kit” which includes magnets! Who knew I needed magnets to keep my refrigerator running?!?! Mr Appliance did! That’s who. They guy was super smart and super helpful! And on time! Yay, Mr. Appliance.

Tech came to my house, answered my questions, performed the repair, very curtious & respectful. Had to come several times to resolve the issue. Requested the same tech to come since he had history with the issue & my request was always fulfilled.

Excellent service and very thorough. I give props to the service personnel that came out to fix my heater system issues. Very friendly and proffesional service. True came out and did not leave until he made sure that my system was up and running. I recommend their service because you know no matter what they will get the job done. Kevin and his colleague were very professional, on time and resolved the issue (bad solenoid in the dryer so the water from the “steam function” kept spraying). They explained what was wrong, ordered the necessary part and came back to replace it. Thanks!
