Mr. Appliance has been a positive experience from start to finish. It was easy to make an appointment with the friendly receptionist/scheduler. The technician showed up in the time window as promised. They were able to order the necessary parts and repair the refrigerator very quickly. Repairing the unit was much more economical than having to replace it. I would definitely call Mr. Appliance again if needed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
