From the moment I called their number, Mr. Appliance was on top of my business. They were friendly and profess, listened to my issue and got me scheduled for a service call within two days! The office texted to let me know the technician was on their way and also included a photo. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and tidy. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and within a week, he was back at our house installing the parts for both our LG washer and dryer. It was extremely difficult to locate a technician that serviced our smaller town. Finding Mr. Appliance was a huge win for us! Both Beth and William were fantastic! I would definitely recommend them!
