I don't do reviews normally, but when I called about a service repair I was given the best information and customer service!

Always on time. Always got a text message when the repairman was on the way. Came multiple times when the issue couldn’t be resolved to get it fixed and only charged me once. Spent time talking to me when I suggested maybe replacing my washer was the best option and recommended multiple brands. To top it off emailed me links to those brands without asking just because. Great business. Thank you John!

William is a great repair man he really knows his stuff when it comes to appliance repair, it was fast service from start to finish, he disassemble the dryer found out it was a heating element, put in the order for a new one, two days later it came in he took the old one out and put in the new one and it’s working like new again. I highly recommend this company for repairs friendly service, and affordable prices.

I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Wheeling and Weirton for appliance repairs. William fixed my dryer drum problem and even found a sparking wire that could have caused a fire. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. Was fixed promptly. The price was very reasonable for all his hard work. Will use this service again for all my appliance repairs!!!
