Mary explained everything I needed to know beforehand and sent me an appointment confirmation that included the name and photo of the technician, Christopher. He was very professional and easy to talk to, he kept me informed throughout the process and gave me helpful tips to prevent future issues. His work was excellent and our fridge was getting cold before he left. The bill was completely reasonable.

He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about the repair job. From the moment he arrived, he explained everything in simple terms and made sure I understood what needed to be done. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and even shared a few maintenance tips to help avoid future issues. It is rare to find service that combines skill and great customer care, but Tim truly delivered both. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance especially if you get Tim as your technician!

Mr Appliance is always a pleasure to deal with. They are prompt to send out a repair man. I always call them for my repair needs. This time I had a seal replaced on my freezer. Noah was fantastic! Not only was he knowledgeable and professionally handled the repair, but, he was also very personable and friendly!! This makes the repair experience a lot less stressful and sets my mind at ease.
