Matt, the tech, was outstanding! He was thorough, not only in his troubleshooting and diagnosis, but also in his explanation of the issue and the warranty coverage. He was on time on the initial visit to troubleshoot, and on the second visit to install the warranty part. He ran a diagnosis cycle on the washer and ensured it was performing as expected. Not only was he cordial and professional, but he was also awesome with my overly-friendly dog, who wanted to help with the repairs. 🙂

Our refrigerator ice maker stopped making ice during the middle of the holiday season. We did not realize how much we used ice until we needed to purchase bagged ice. Mr. Appliance responded the same day I contacted them and scheduled a tech visit a couple of days later. Their professional text service confirmed the appointment after it was made through their office. Another text confirmed the appointment a day before the appointment. Our technician (Neal) was extremely professional and analyzed the problem, ordered the parts, and had us up and running a couple of days later. We were very pleased with their thorough analysis, clean installation, and cost. We will certainly utilize Mr. Appliance again when needed.

After my tenant said that he smelled smoke while drying some clothes, I went over to the house and discovered that the vent hose had a LOT of a lint inside. I cleaned it out good and then turned the dryer on, but it seemed sluggish so I called out a rep from Mr. Appliance. He checked it out and didn’t see anything wrong with it, but he said he could change out drive belt. When he disassembled the dryer housing to get to the belt, he discovered significant lint covering everything inside. This was the reason that the tenant smelled smoke. The rep, Bjourn, cleaned out the lint and installed a new belt. I’m sure glad he discovered this issue before a potential fire could occur. I will be using Mr. Appliance again for my next repair.

We just worked with Mr. Appliance to have our refrigerator repaired. I wasn’t sure who to reach out and I’m glad we went with this company! They were incredibly responsive over email and easy to schedule with. They ended up needing to send the tech out a few times to get the issue fully resolved, but everything was part of our initial charge and they were a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that they were really committed to fixing the issue so we could continue using our older but good quality refrigerator. I’ll call them again the next time we have any appliance repair needs!

Quick response and scheduling. My washing machine problem was diagnosed same day and came back later that day with the part to install.

Scott is a courteous repair person who is knowledgeable, flexible and extremely honest in the area of appliance repair. I will absolutely contact them again when we have a broken appliance! Hopefully all their repair people are like him.
