I had a very good experience with Mr Appliance. The technician, Brad, did a warranty repair of the induction cooktop of my high end Miele range. Brad put a lot of attention and care to do the job and got it fixed! The repair job unexpectedly ended up taking more than 5 hours, but Brad endured and got it all done perfectly.
