Great experience. Service with great attitude
After blowing up my microwave oven by heating butter in a small dish, Mr. appliance was able to replace the rotating apparatus and the glass plate. He was punctual and efficient. So happy to have my microwave back in service

Jorge arrived at my home, introduced himself then got to work evaluating my appliances. He explained the process if i wanted to wait to have the repair work done later. He is demeanor was pleasant and kind. Hopefully nothing else will need repair but I would use him again if needed.

10/10 experience, highly recommend! From the gal I spoke to on the phone, to the technician (Adam) who came out next day, their conduct was professional, thoughtful, and highly skilled. He fixed the problem with my gas stove's ignition in less than 5 minutes, but still did a free once over of the unit to check if there were any other things that may need replacing or repairing in the near future. Will definitely be using their services again should the need arise!
