Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was called in for a frost issue with our Viking fridge, and ended up replacing the faulty defrost thermostat, control board, seven LED lights. He was responsive, prompt, and courteous; I did get a few different quotes and he was by far the most reasonably-priced (and actually dissuaded me from spending more money because he didn't think replacing a certain part was necessary).
