Ran into the issue of my oven igniter giving out right before vacation. They were able to squeeze me in same day and sent Aron who walked me through the problem and the fix. Great learning experience and great customer service. 5/5!

I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. They were able to show up earlier than originally scheduled to accommodate my availability, which I really appreciated. The technician was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue with my dryer quickly and was able to fix it on the spot—no second visit needed. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, with no surprises. Overall, a smooth and professional experience. Highly recommend!

This service was admirable. Good communication, punctual, reasonably priced, and informative. We were suspicious it would cost much more but he fixed our dryer quickly.

Called today for refrigerator not cooling properly. My call was answered promptly, politely and efficiently. James was here several hours later and got right to diagnosis of faulty compressor. Explained and showed us in detail. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We feel confident in his assessment that it would be best to replace the refrigerator than a compressor. The charge for diagnosis was worth it. Would surely call this company again for service on any of our large appliances.
