I found this company online. I called and they are the nicest people to work with. Ashley came out and fixed our fridge and explained everything that he did. a great company to work with. I'll use them for any service needed. keep up the good work. professional and friendly indeed.

My technician Jim was knowledgeable, dedicated, and very friendly/personable. He had to come back a few times because I had a flaky dishwasher pump, so it took a few tries to pin point the issue since it worked when he was here. Jim was just as pleasant and thorough every visit. It was nice that the original dispatch fee was applied to my repair cost and that there were no additional labor charges each time he returned. My dog was excited to see him by the last visit. Thanks so much Jim!

Informative pleasant personality and did not mind my questions. I felt comfortable leaving him ido his fhing. . And bonus didn't mind my dogs and remembering there was one missing

Ashley did a good job diagnosing the problem with our refrigerator unfortunately since it was made by LG, the cost for a new compressor was more than buying a new refrigerator. I called 3 other appliance repair companies and Mr. Appliance is the only one that works on LG appliances so I will never buy any LG appliances in the future.

James arrived and within minutes diagnosed the issue. He had the piece on hand and installed it and cleaned the dryer. Great service!!

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. My service tech , Ashley was on time and very helpful. He really explained the process for speaking with LG to have the part covered under warrenty, saved me a bundle. I'm so glad I found Mr. Appliance, I will be using them for all my appliance services.

I was very pleased with the service. Boh was very knowledgeable and professional. Boh replaced the pilot sensor in the lower part of my oven in less than an hour. Lucky gor me he had the new part with him so I was able to use my oven right away. Back to baking!
