Writing a review for my mother. She doesnβt remember the name of the man but he did a wonderful job and was very nice and helpful with her washing machine and solved the problem.
Very knowledgeable and saved me a lot of money!
Alex is a genius! He was able to diagnose and repair the issue with my gas stove. I will definitely call Mr Appliance again when I need repair to any appliance.

Our person who came was absolutely fantastic. He was so polite and personable. He explained what he was doing and even gave me advise on how to keep the washer clean to avoid more issues.

The appliance was repaired quickly with no issues. Alex, the technician was on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Mr Appliance is a great company to work with. Issues are resolved within a day or two. Highly recommend!

Excellent company with exceptional employees. I couldnβt say enough about how well we were treated from start to finish. Our washer would not spin out and Alex came quickly and assessed the situation. He came back with the parts the next day. We would totally recommend Mr.Appliance. Would give 10 stars if I could!

First of all, Mr appliance and mentor was very kind and efficient when setting up this appointment. Prior to Jeff, the technician arriving they texted me with his information as well as a photo of him so that I could confirm that the gentleman at my door was who he said he was. Jeff came evaluated the problem with our dryer, went out to his van to touch base with his company was back in within 15 minutes. He installed the new part in our dryer is as good as new. Couldn't be happier with Mr appliance or with our technician Jeff. Thank you very much
