They were on time and took care of problems very quickly
Kevin was wonderful. He was professional, kind and thorough. He even put on shoe covers. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood. It was obvious that he is honest about his recommendations. Would highly recommend this company, especially if all the workers are as good as him.

Mr. Appliance was the third Samsung frig to even reply. They came within a couple of days, but we needed a new part which they ordered. Travis came this morning, and installed the part. It has a one year warranty as does their work…WOW! I highly recommend Mr. Appliance, and will use them in the future.

Refrigerator went out before Thanksgiving but they were able to get the part and get it working before the holiday. Very friendly and professional.

When our dryer stopped heating, we found Mr. Appliance online and took a chance. Scheduling was easy, and their communication was great. They even sent a picture of our technician ahead of time. They arrived when they said they would and got the job done quickly. We will definitely be using them for any future needs!

Mr appliance was great. And frank the service technician was very helpful and took the time to educate me on our commercial washing machine. 100% recommend!!!!
