Kevin was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. He didn’t mind me asking questions. The fix was easy, but he didn’t make me feel like an idiot for not seeing it. I would highly recommend this company

My technician was very professional and informative. He had no problem diagnosing the problem. He ordered a part I needed and returned a week later to install it. Everything works great now. I'm very pleased with the service.

Kevin came to save the day! We just bought a home that came with a massive Kenmore-brand refrigerator. The freezer section looked like it needed defrosting. Kevin said the seal needed replacing, which he did, as well as check out everything else in this fridge! Kevin was professional and easy to talk with, and they applied their evaluation fee to the cost of the repair!! I'm for sure sticking with them!!

My son had used Mr. Appliance and recommended them to me. I was more than pleased with the promptness of making my appointment. Kevin Schaefer was the technician that came to work on both my dishwasher and dryer. He was able to fix the dryer that day and had to order a part for the dishwasher. Next week it came in and Kevin came back and fixed it too. Very pleased with the service I received.

The repairs were quick. I felt safe because I received the name and a picture of the repairman before he got here. He was polite and professional; he explained everything to me and he made suggestions before leaving. Thank you, Mr. Appliance.

Travis knew what he was doing. The only problem wás the warehouse sent a broken part so Travis had to go get another part to finish the job. Not happy with warehouse but Travis was great.
