My fridge filled up with water and I searched Google and called the first local place which happened to be Mr. Appliance. They were so kind and had someone out to my house in just a couple hours. Kevin was the technician and he couldn’t have been more amazing. He was so respectful of my household, any possible messes he might make and cleaned up everything. Not to mention he walked me through the problem showing me everything that happened and how to fix it in the future just in case it happened again. If I couldn’t do it on my own then I could always call them. My fridge has been running perfect since then and all my groceries were saved. As a family of 5 on a budget in this economy I was so thankful all around. Kevin was professional, kind and respectful. I would 100% recommend this company again. Thank you!

Great to work with. Called for a dryer repair they came within a few hours had all the parts to fix dryer. Very professional and polite. Finished the job within a hour. Cleaned area and placed broken parts in a bag. Highly recommend

Frank was very punctual, professional & kept us informed as he serviced our washing machine. He was able to quickly determine & remedy the problem, provided magnets & cards for reference & told us about their 30 day service warranty. I am extremely grateful we were scheduled within 2 days of calling & highly recommend Mr. Appliance technician Frank.

Kevin was very professional, polite, respectful and making sure my house didn’t get dirty . Explained in detail what was wrong with my appliance. Quick to order and come back and finish the job. Very prompt! They were highly recommended by a friend! Will use them again and again! I wished I used them for my washer!

We had an issue with a faulty keypad on our oven. Frank was timely, professional and explained what was needed to fix it. I would use Mr Appliance again.
