Our 12-year-old dryer was overheating and turning itself off. Brandon explained the cause, fixed the problem, and told me what to watch for in case a related problem occurred. He wasn't rushed, and explained everything without being overly technical. Five stars all around!

Brady, a very personable young man, was our technician for a problem with our oven. He appeared on time, was very polite, and diagnosed our issue. The next week he again appeared when he was scheduled and along with a helper, put in a new part and voila!, our oven works!

Both the guys that showed up today were very professional and very pleasant. Brady explained to me the reason it can happen and to contact him if I had any problems. I would highly recommend this company for any of my work to be done on my appliances. From dealing with Carmen the receptionist to the repairmen - all of them were very kind and exceptionally pleasant to work with!
